The room is cooling and breezy, you probably need a blanket even without aircond switched on. Utilities to be shared among the occupants in the house.
Bathroom is just next door and sharing with one other roommate.
I'm advertising this to look for a replacement for myself. I am posted overseas by my company.
This is a full fledged condo with all facilities. Swimming pool, gym, tennis court, security guard, HID card access and various others. Plenty of food all around the area--within 5minutes walking.
Very nice housemates and you would feel like you're returning to a home rather than just a sleeping pad. Friendly housemates that would greet you and you would feel welcome. They cook pretty well as well.
